Neermahal: The Water Palace

Neermahal Water Palace is an earlier majestic fort constructed by Maharaja Bir Bikram Kishore Debbarman of the former territory of Tripura in 1930. The Palace is located at a distance of 53 kilometers from the capital of Tripura, Agartala. Neermahal is placed in the center of the Lake Rudrasagar and incorporates Hindu and Muslim both construction approaches. The Palace was made like a summer resort. It required nine years to be constructed and more than 400 feet tall.

Neermahal is placed in the interior of water having an area of 5.3 sq. km. Nevertheless, this stunning tombstone imitates the magnificence of its ancient times beauty and leaves one mesmerized.
